Return & Refund Policy
At MuddyPaws, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or wrong sized. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size chosen by the customer.
Refunds & Replacements Once your claim is approved, you will receive one of the following:
- A full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- A replacement item sent out to you
- Store credit to use on a future order
The resolution will be whichever you prefer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, incorrect or wrong sized item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@muddypaws.ie with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will resolve this for you immediately.
Delivery Issues If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, please contact us at info@muddypaws.ie and we will investigate with our delivery partner.
Non-Returnable Items Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
